Hotel Piccolo Mondo has 7 charming two-roomed residences which are ideal for holiday rental accommodation in Abruzzo. Rental apartments are well designed with kitchen/living area, bedroom and balcony – all stylishly furnished and immaculately maintained. Our residences accommodate 4 people.

Abruzzo holiday rental residences are also located on or near the Strada Parco which connects Montesilvano with Pescara and is ideal for bicycling, roller blading, running and walking.

Each residence is equipped with all amenities including: air conditioning, washing machine, iron and ironing board, security box and full-service kitchen.  Bathrooms are nicely appointed and include hairdryers.

Residence guests enjoy the full services of the hotel including free car parking in our secure private lot, bicycle rental and beach service. Residences are just a 3-minute walk to the beach and are ideal for a private, relaxing holiday.
