Hotel Piccolo Mondo’s Reservation System is provided by our partners Telamon Communications and Globekey, specialists in online booking technology. What personal data do we collect and when?
The personal data collected by us includes: your full name, address, telephone and email. In order to guarantee your reservation, we also require your personal credit card information. This data is retained ONLINE no more than 7 days after which it is cancelled from our Reservation System. A copy of the information is retained by Hotel Piccolo Mondo for the purpose of managing your reservation up to and during your stay with us.
How do we use your personal information?
Information collected on our Web sites can be used to improve our services including:
